CD with patient info goes missing

Data on 68,000 members may have been compromised at CalOptima. Patient data was on a set of unencrypted CDs that were lost in the mail. They plan to offer credit monitoring for those effected....It's not just the loss of patient information that gets healthcare organizations in the news, it can also be employee information.
