Does it sometimes seem like meetings you are in are extremely inefficient?
If so, are they being intentionally sabotaged? Maybe folks in attendance have read the 1963 field sabotage manual from the OSS (predecessor to the CIA):
“If possible, join or help organize a group for presenting employee problems to the management. See that the procedures adopted are as inconvenient as possible for the management, involving the presence of a large number of employees at each presentation, entailing more than one meeting for each grievance, bringing up problems which are largely imaginary, and so on.”

I had a problem with Netflix playback freezing / sticking when in full screen mode on my PC.
When this happened the audio continued to play but the image on the screen was frozen and I could not see the mouse moving or otherwise control the computer. A hard reboot was required.

Why am I getting the error “Windows media player cannot play the DVD because a compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer”?
The reason for this is that your machine did not come with the software needed to play DVD’s. If you click through the sites Microsoft recommends, you will be asked to pay for a decoder. There is no need to do this.
Also beware of downloading decoders you find from Internet searching. There is a history of those decoders containing viruses and other malware.
Instead, I would recommend using the VLC media player. It is supported by the open source community, is free and works quite well. It not only supports DVD’s but many other audio and video formats.
